Pricing questions
How many credits do I need?
One credit is one search from one pin. A village is often 15 to 30 pins and a town 40 to 80. Tracking 5 searches across 3 villages of 25 pins every 2 weeks uses about 800 credits a month. You always see the credits before anything runs.
What’s free?
One full scan every day, up to 81 pins, with the full report: heatmap, findings, competitors and a share link. It resets at midnight UK time.
What happens to unused credits?
Plan credits reset to your plan’s amount at the start of each billing month. Top-up credits never expire, and any refunds are added as top-up credits.
What if I run out?
Scheduled runs wait rather than fail, and we email you once. They start within a day of you having the credits, from a top-up or your plan renewing.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. There’s no contract and no setup fee.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in pounds and include any VAT that applies.
